Certificates of Occupancy (CoO) are not hard to get in St. Joseph County, IN. The work to get them is all very tedious, but once all things have passed, then we are good to go on everything to get this.
The inspectors will want to look at all the inspections that have been done before make sure that we haven’t missed anything, which we have not. The plumbing inspector is on the schedule for today and will complete his inspection today.
Tomorrow we will walk through the house, find anything we find, and get everything on the schedule.
I have left a message with Phil Contos to schedule the CoO inspection. I expect to hear back from him at some point today. I will ask him if we can get an emergency CoO to get you all in the house quicker; I do not believe we will have any issues with the final.
The water came back with a good pass, and I am currently sending that into the county.
Please do not forget to get the ground leveled around for the HVAC. That will be installed next week, according to SAMs.
