It has been a rough go on this one, but at least the electricity is finally in. Steve has been working hard to prepare everything for the storm on 4/5/2023. Thanks to Andy Buss for staying on task and helping Kenny with AEP. The house is starting to look like a house.
The basement has been studded in, stairs installed, and the garage is almost complete.
With all of this being done, we will install a sump pump to continue pumping out the water that is there through the draintiles.
Once the garage is done being framed, the roof of the garage goes on, then the siding to the garage. Then Steve comes back and adds electric lines to the garage. Then the garage door will be installed.
We will do a final backfill and grade after the soils are good enough to get the septic in. Gas will go in once this area is complete.
With the weather fit and finish will be started soon as well!
